A UAE service business owner can run most of their daily writing through seven Claude prompts: drafting content, replying to client messages, responding to reviews, writing social captions, turning know-how into SOPs, summarising data, and planning the day. Each turns a 20-minute task into a two-minute one. Below are the actual templates — copy, paste, fill in the brackets, and adjust the output before you use it.

Watch the full walkthrough above. Here are the seven prompts.

How to Get Good Output From Claude

Before the prompts, one rule that decides everything: give Claude role, context, task, and format. Tell it who to be, the real facts of your business, exactly what you want, and the shape of the answer. Vague in, vague out. Every template below follows this structure — and every output should be read and edited before it goes anywhere, because Claude only knows what you tell it.

1. Write a Blog Post or Content Piece

You are the marketing manager for [business — e.g. a Dubai nail salon in JLT].
Our audience is [audience — e.g. working women aged 25–45 in Dubai].
Our tone is [warm and expert / fun and casual].
Write a [600-word blog post / Instagram carousel] on [topic].
Include at least 3 specific, useful tips and a soft call to book.
Use UAE context where relevant. Give me a headline and the body.

Use it to keep a content calendar fed without a writer.

2. Reply to a Client Message

You are handling customer messages for [business] in Dubai.
A client wrote: "[paste their exact message]".
Context: [their history / what I can offer / our policy].
Write a reply that is [calm, professional, warm], under 80 words,
in [English / the language they wrote in]. Offer a clear next step.

Best for tricky messages — complaints, refund requests, price objections — where tone matters and you're short on time.

3. Respond to a Google Review

You manage the reputation for [business] in Dubai.
Reply to this Google review in our brand voice — gracious, specific, professional.
Review ([star rating]): "[paste review]".
Keep it under 60 words. If negative, acknowledge, apologise without admitting
fault, and invite them to contact us directly. Don't sound like a template.

Fast, consistent review replies lift the Google rating Dubai clients check before booking.

4. Write Social Media Captions

You write Instagram captions for [business] in Dubai.
Our voice is [voice]. Topic: [today's post — e.g. a balayage before/after].
Give me 3 caption options, each under 50 words, with a call to action
and 5 relevant hashtags. Include UAE/Dubai context where natural.

Ask for variations and pick the best. Paste a few of your past captions so it matches your real voice.

5. Turn Know-How Into an SOP

You are a operations consultant. I'll describe a process from my [Dubai business]
in messy detail. Turn it into a clear, numbered Standard Operating Procedure
with roles, steps, and checkpoints a new employee could follow.

Here's the process: [describe it out loud — e.g. how I handle a no-show client].

Converts knowledge trapped in your head into documents you can train staff with. Review for accuracy before publishing.

6. Summarise Data or a Long Document

Here is [a list of this month's bookings / a long supplier contract / survey replies].
Summarise the key points in [5 bullets]. Then tell me:
the top 3 things I should act on, and anything that looks unusual or risky.
[paste the data or document]

Turns a spreadsheet or a 10-page contract into a decision in two minutes. Verify any figures it pulls out.

7. Plan Your Day or Week

You are my executive assistant. Here are my goals and tasks for this week:
[dump everything — goals, appointments, deadlines, the messy list].
Organise this into a prioritised plan. Flag what's urgent vs important,
what I should delegate, and what I can drop. Keep it on one screen.

Clears the mental clutter and gives you a realistic plan instead of a guilt-inducing to-do list.

The Real Win: Save Your Prompts

The time saving — typically 5–10 hours a week for a hands-on owner — only compounds if you stop rewriting prompts. Save the seven that work as templates. The bottleneck then shifts from "finding time to write" to "reviewing and approving," which is a far faster job.

One caution worth repeating: Claude drafts from what you give it. For anything involving AED prices, UAE tax, or legal wording, supply the real facts and verify the output. Treat it as a fast assistant, not a source of truth about your business or UAE regulations.
