How to List Your Restaurant on Talabat, Noon and Careem
To get your restaurant on Talabat, noon Food and Careem, you fill in a short online form on each platform's own partner page, then finish onboarding with each team. Talabat asks for a trade licence or business registration and an Emirates ID. noon Food asks for a trading licence, VAT certificate, owner ID and bank document, and says you can go live within 48 hours of document approval. Careem takes your details on a form and trains you before you go live. The real cost sits in the commission on each order, and only noon publishes a rate: 25%.
This guide walks you through each platform step by step, using only what Talabat, noon and Careem say on their own partner pages.
Note: Everything below comes from each platform's own partner pages, checked on 4 October 2026. Platforms change their terms often, and your contract is what counts, so confirm the details with each team when you apply.

Step 1: Work Out Whether the Numbers Work
Do this before you apply, because commission comes off every order. Take an average order and subtract food and packaging, then the platform's cut:
| An AED 60 order | If the platform takes 25% | If it takes 30% |
|---|---|---|
| Commission | AED 15.00 | AED 18.00 |
| Left after commission | AED 45.00 | AED 42.00 |
| After food and packaging (35% of AED 60 = AED 21) | AED 24.00 | AED 21.00 |
Illustrative example. The 25% figure is noon's published rate; 30% is the "industry average" noon compares itself with.
Three dirhams per order sounds small. On 1,000 orders a month it is AED 3,000. Our break-even guide shows how a delivery order can contribute about half of what a dine-in cover does, and how to survive Talabat's commission covers what to do if the maths looks tight.
Step 2: Gather Your Documents
Have these ready before you apply, since every platform asks for most of them:
- Trade licence (all three platforms)
- Owner's Emirates ID or passport
- Bank details, ideally an IBAN letter or a cancelled cheque
- VAT certificate, if you are registered (noon lists it). See our guide to VAT on a Dubai restaurant bill if you are not sure whether you must register.
- Power of attorney or trademark certificate, only if Talabat asks for them
Where people get stuck: applying before the trade licence is sorted. Talabat's form asks whether you hold one, and every platform asks for it as a document, so finish your licensing first.
Step 3: Apply on Each Platform
Talabat
Go to Talabat's UAE partner site and fill in the Partner With Us form. It asks for:
- your business name and your name
- business type
- up to 5 branches
- your role in the business
- whether you hold a trade licence
- your email and a mobile number (Talabat sends a one-time code to verify it, and uses the number for all important communication)
- a store landline
Talabat's team then contacts you and asks for copies of your documents so they can verify them. Once you are a partner, Talabat says you get a dedicated account manager and access to its Vendor Portal, where you manage your listings and find training material.
noon Food
Fill in the registration form at food-partners.noon.com: restaurant name, city (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah or the rest of the UAE), number of outlets, your name, phone and email. noon says registration takes under two minutes, then its team helps with menu setup, documentation and training.
Careem
Fill in the Restaurant Partner form on careem.com: merchant name, city, contact person, phone, email, number of outlets, and whether your brand is a registered SME. Careem's FAQ says new partners receive their dashboard login by email once they are trained and live.
Step 4: Finish Onboarding
This is where each platform's team takes over:
- noon Food: you can start receiving orders within 48 hours from document approval. Missing documents can be uploaded later, so you do not have to wait to apply.
- Talabat: the platform gives you a tablet with pre-installed software to manage and receive orders. Delivery is limited to a radius of about 15 minutes' drive from your location, which keeps food fresh and customers close.
- Careem: menu changes go through a ticket on its Partner Helpdesk and take 7 working days, so get your menu right at the start. For urgent live issues, Careem's FAQ gives a UAE number for partners, and an email address for less urgent matters.
Where people get stuck: listing a menu with weak photos or wrong prep times. Both affect how often customers see you and how they rate you. Our guides to ranking higher on Talabat and Talabat listing optimisation cover what to fix first.
Step 5: Plan for Cash Flow
The platforms pay on different cycles, and the first Talabat payment is the one that surprises people: it comes 45 days after you go live. Plan for ingredients, wages and rent in that gap.
| Platform | Published payment timing |
|---|---|
| Talabat | First payment 45 days after go live, then every 2 weeks |
| noon Food | Every 2 weeks |
| Careem | Weekly, every Thursday; invoice each month within the first 10 days |
Checklist: Before You Hit Submit
- I know my margin per order after food, packaging and commission
- Trade licence is active
- Owner ID, bank details and VAT certificate (if registered) are ready
- Menu, photos and prices are final
- I have cash set aside for the 45 days before Talabat's first payment
- I have a plan to move repeat customers to direct WhatsApp ordering
Should You List on All Three?
Not necessarily. Each platform reaches different customers, and each one costs a commission on every order. Our comparison of Talabat, Deliveroo and noon Food covers which suits which type of restaurant. A sensible rule: list on one platform, learn what it really earns you, then decide whether a second is worth the extra admin.
